Silver Velvet Scrunchie

Silver Velvet scrunchie made of a silk/ viscose blend. Locally sourced designer surplus fabric.

Internal elastic is cut at 16cm to comfortably hug the wrist, and will loop once or twice around a ponytail depending on hair thickness.

Two options. Measuring height from centre to outside seam:
A: 7cm.
B: 10-11cm.
